No guaranteed outcomes
Sports picks are informational content only. No seller, badge, leaderboard position, win rate, or membership guarantees future results.
Buyer responsibility
Buyers are responsible for evaluating sellers, understanding risk, and following all laws applicable to their location.
Seller responsibility
Sellers must keep locked picks private until purchase or membership access, avoid misleading public titles, and maintain honest records.
Payment split
Sellers receive 90% of eligible purchase or membership revenue. Pick.ForSale keeps a 10% operations fee.
Memberships
Memberships provide access to seller content for the stated access period. Auto-renewal may be added later if enabled by the platform.
